No, this is in hibernation. When it started to get cold I decided I’d better finish some holiday knitting before I came back to something I wouldn’t be able to wear for a while.

I’m not using the Rowan - I’m substituting Frog Tree Alpaca Silk.

Did you finish this? and did you use the rowan 4 ply? I’m asking because my daughter wants me to crochet one but I want to use another brand of wool and the substitution figures don’t make sense!D

Love the Google Reader — the set up is easy and the format is navigable and I LOVE the share feature. I also like being able to star things and bump them to delicious. But most of all, I love using the little links at the top of every Google page to jump between Reader, Gmail, Calendar and any other function I use. The downside? Google runs my life. The upside? Google runs my life

I’ve been using Google Reader for some time now, after migrating away from the aggregator built into Outlook (it kept eating my feeds, most annoying.) It’s slick, and makes it easier to cruise through my feeds without spending time on managing them.

I also use the Better GReader Firefox addon: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/6424

Oh, I’m not planning on going. I just figured I will be out with friends to watch the swearing in, maybe at a bar or something. Or maybe I will have a few people over to my new place (providing I have had enough time to unpack by then. We’ll see.)

Yeah, one of the problems with Tumblr is it makes it REALLY hard to find out where things came from. I spent a few minutes trying to find the souce but then decided I should maybe actually do some work.
